Returned to property to complete installation of furnace switch in first-floor unit as scheduled. Upon arrival, accessed outdoor condensing unit and documented existing conditions prior to service work. Unit showed significant accumulation of organic debris including leaves, dirt, and decomposed plant matter in bottom pan and around compressor base. Debris had collected around electrical junction box and between condenser coil fins, restricting airflow and creating potential operational concerns. Completed switch installation in furnace as planned. Verified electrical connections and proper switch operation. Cleaned accumulated debris from condensing unit housing, electrical box area, and condenser coil fins to restore proper airflow and prevent future electrical issues. Inspected refrigerant lines, compressor mounting, and electrical wiring for any weather-related damage or deterioration.
