If you are dissatisfied with the operation of the equipment we have installed within the first year, we will do everything in our power to correct the problem.
After we have corrected the problem and the equipment is still not operating to manufacturer standards, and the manufacturer’s representative has verified its failure and no other alternative is available, we will remove the system and refund your money in full upon your written request.
INSTALLATION WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE
We have the utmost faith in the skill, attitude, professionalism, and workmanship of our installation crews because they have been picked, trained, and instructed after undergoing criminal background checks and drug testing. They will care for your home and complete the job with speed and precision.
They wear booties (floor savers), clean up when they are finished, and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They will not smoke or swear in your home, and will always be polite and courteous.
When they have finished in your home, if they have not performed according to these high standards, we’ll issue you at no charge a two-year Club Membership valued at $328.00. All we ask is that you notify the office of your dissatisfaction prior to your installation crew leaving your home.

We are committed to being a top-quality service organization and promise to have a fully trained qualified service technician available to service your furnace and air conditioner 365 days a year, day, and night. We never shut down or are unavailable.
With this dedication comes a staff of technicians that rotate on a night call shift. What that means to you is we are available for you when you might need us the most. Whether it is Christmas, Sunday, or the middle of the night, we are here for you.
TEMPERATURE SELECTION GUARANTEE
Your comfort is our top priority, which is why we include a guarantee that when the equipment we have installed is maintained and operated according to the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon.
We promise a temperature variance of no more than plus or minus two degrees at your electronic thermostat when heating or cooling your home. If the desired temperature selection is not achieved, we will make any upgrades, modifications, or repairs necessary to reach the desired temperature at no charge to you for 2 years if you maintain your Gold Star Membership.
EXCLUSIVE “NO LEMON” GUARANTEE
We understand the frustration of heating and air conditioning equipment that fails repeatedly and that not every manufactured piece of equipment is 100% perfect. Since you have a right to expect to receive 100% of the heating and cooling value you invested in, we offer a “No Lemon” guarantee on our systems.
Simply stated, as long as you have an active Gold Star Membership, if the compressor in your air conditioner fails twice in the first 5 years, we will replace the entire outside unit with a brand-new current model. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails within the first 10 years, we will replace the furnace with a brand-new furnace of the current model. If you have ever bought a “Lemon” before, you will truly appreciate our commitment to your long-term satisfaction.
24-HOUR FIX IT OR HOTEL, DINNER, AND A MOVIE GUARANTEE
We are so confident in our staff of qualified service technicians that in the unlikely event of a system failure, if we can’t have your system up and running within 24 hours of arrival, we will put you up in a local hotel for the night, give you $50 to buy dinner and $30 for a movie – we’ll even throw in $15 for popcorn!
***The hotel stay is covered up to a maximum value of $200 per night. Any additional cost is the customer’s responsibility.
