Deljo was not the cheapest option for me, but I decided to go with them for two reasons. 1) Deljo has always been honest and they don’t try to sell me parts I don’t need when they come to service my equipment. I trust them. 2) The product they provided had a better rating on Consumer Reports.

Excellent service from Deljo, as I have come to expect. Brandon and Casey were most helpful in installing two new furnaces, which seem to be working well in this deep freeze weather. Brandon was patient and clear in explaining about new thermostats and filters.

Javier was thorough, efficient, cordial and honest. Fixed our furnace with a simple workaround, explaining that although it didn’t address the root cause of a busted intake pipe where it met the alley, it was equally effective and much more affordable (no extra charge) than replacing it.

Steve, Alex and Bob were amazing! We had two quotes for a complete new furnace and AC unit, replacing a 60 year old furnace. Deljo was slightly more expensive but you do get what you pay for. Their knowledge, expertise and helpful attitude exceeded our expectations. Such nice people, not only do you not mind having them in your house to do the work, I would have loved to have them for dinner! Honestly, home improvement can be so difficult and Steve, Alex and Bob made it easy! Robinson also did an excellent job cleaning our ducts. I would not hesitate for a second to refer you. You did what you said you would do and with big smiles on your faces. Thanks for making our first major project in our new home a success!

Deljo recently replaced the HVAC in my condo. Dave Urso, the sales rep was prompt, communicated clearly and gave me the info necessary to buy the correct equipment. He solved a problem with the prior installation that caused an impediment to opening the door to the deck so that now, there’s no issue and the deck look is improved. Steve and David, the install team were terrific. They protected the areas within the apartment from damage and debris, did a very professional job on the installation and clearly communicated the necessary info about the new equipment to my satisfaction. All in all, this was a great experience compared to others that I’ve had with HVAC contractors.

Amidst a hot spell, I called Deljo to investigate an issue with my AC. I took pictures, sent them in and Stephanie responded that a Technician could come out the next day to address the issue. As planned, we received a call that Josh was on his way. He came out, inspected and assessed the unit and resolved our problem. We have used Deljo on many occasions, but I will say that Josh was SUPER NICE, walked me through what might be going on, assured me about the condition of my unit and how we use it and left the home C-O-O-L….thank you Josh and Deljo

Chris, the service person who came out was very professional. He explained the process for inside and out, and offered tips for recommended filters. He was very courteous and explained next steps once we learned that our compressor was not working. He even called to schedule an appointment for us to have an engineer come out tomorrow! Very impressed with his customer service.
